1、设备上的接管应采用防酸垫片并密封，并及时更换垫片。

1. The nozzles on the equipment shall be sealed with acid-proof gaskets, and the gaskets shall be replaced in time.

2、PPH防腐储罐在安装过程中应避免对设备本体的强烈冲击和碰撞。

2. The PPH anticorrosive storage tank should avoid strong impact and collision to the equipment body during installation.

3、进液口离罐底较高时，进液口应弯向罐壁让进入液体顺着罐壁落下，减小对底部的冲击。

3. When the inlet is higher than the bottom of the tank, the inlet should bend to the tank wall to let the liquid fall down along the tank wall, so as to reduce the impact on the bottom.

4、全塑法兰因材质较钢板软，用户在使用前应对储罐安装的密封性能进行检查，可加液体观察是否泄漏。盛装化学液体的储罐，zui好用水试漏，以防造成损失。

Because the material of all-plastic flange is softer than steel plate, users should check the sealing performance of tank installation before using, and add liquid to observe whether leakage occurs. In tanks filled with chemical liquids, Zui prefers to use water to test for leakage in order to prevent loss.

5、盛装高阻值有机溶剂时应设置防静电设施。

6、PPH防腐储罐为常温常压储罐。钢塑复合储罐使用温度为-40℃～98℃,聚乙烯全塑储罐使用温度为-40℃～60℃。

7、储罐在储存化学物品时，应对存储物品作明显标示。放置PPH防腐储罐的场地四周应有良好的排液地沟与稀释装置。

8、设备的安装、使用、维护必须参照相关规定执行。

9、设备的灌注与输出必须打开放空口，以免设备受压损坏。

10、储罐下部如有接头或法兰连接的管子要垂直于桶壁，zui好使用软连接，以免装满液体后，桶壁上下不均匀膨胀导致接头连接受损导致泄漏，严重时损坏接头和桶体。

10. If there are joints or flanges in the lower part of the tank, the pipe should be vertical to the barrel wall. Zui should use soft connection to avoid the leakage of joints caused by the uneven expansion of the barrel wall when filled with liquid, and the joint and barrel body will be damaged seriously.

11、设备安装使用环境应远离震源并避免接触明火。

12、与设备连接的管道及附件应避免其重量直接作用在设备上。起吊时，设备上的接管、人孔等不得作为着力点使用。

12. Pipelines and accessories connected with the equipment should avoid direct weight effect on the equipment. When hoisting, the nozzles and manholes on the equipment shall not be used as the focal points.
